What is still included

six zones, heads, and a backflow device for the yard we walked. The backflow and the zone count are the price. The yearly test is a separate appointment.

What would change the number

The price changes only if the job changes. the annual backflow test, and winterization is not in this bid. Install before the heat if they want the lawn this summer. Winterization is a fall visit, not part of this price.
