Irrigation estimates wait until the grass is already stressed, or until someone realizes there is a yearly test. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.

What not to add

Do not fold the yearly test into the install and then forget to schedule it. The backflow and the zone count are the price. The yearly test is a separate appointment. A partner who manages the water bill will ask about zones and the test fee.

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. Install before the heat if they want the lawn this summer. Winterization is a fall visit, not part of this price.
