A later check-back on a rekey and hardware

This is not a fourth email in the default sequence. Send it only if they asked you to check back later, or a season they named has arrived.

Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.

When it is fair

If the keys are compromised, this is a same-day job. If it is a planned hardware upgrade, it can wait for the finish they want. If they never asked you to write again, do not send this.

One note, then stop

Lock bids after a move or a break-in either happen today or get postponed once the house feels calm again. Do not leave a construction key working after the rekey.

If you send it from QuoteLasso

The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

If not, I will leave it closed.
