The real schedule
If the keys are compromised, this is a same-day job. If it is a planned hardware upgrade, it can wait for the finish they want. Everyone who still has a key has to be told. That is often the real delay.
What the price is not
The $640 includes rekeying the six exterior doors to one key, and two new deadbolts. It does not include a smart lock, and the garage man-door closer. Do not leave a construction key working after the rekey.
