Say you are closing the file

Lock bids after a move or a break-in either happen today or get postponed once the house feels calm again. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.

What not to add

Do not leave a construction key working after the rekey. The price is the cylinders and the visit. A smart lock is a different product and a different failure mode. Everyone who still has a key has to be told. That is often the real delay.

Is this the last locksmith follow-up?

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. If the keys are compromised, this is a same-day job. If it is a planned hardware upgrade, it can wait for the finish they want.
