The useful question is which week is real. If the work is next season, stop the follow-ups and let them reopen it.

What the calendar really depends on

If the keys are compromised, this is a same-day job. If it is a planned hardware upgrade, it can wait for the finish they want.

If they need longer

Lock bids after a move or a break-in either happen today or get postponed once the house feels calm again. Everyone who still has a key has to be told. That is often the real delay. Do not leave a construction key working after the rekey.
