A short brick repointing follow-up text
Text only if you already text this customer. Do not text a list of people who only asked for an email estimate. QuoteLasso’s scheduled follow-ups are email.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Keep it to two lines
Include the chimney? That is the whole question. Masonry bids wait because the work looks optional until water gets in, and a second mason's number is usually coming.
Opt out
End with “Reply STOP to opt out.” If they reply STOP, do not text them again. Do not smear new mortar over failed joints and call it repointing. This wording is a practical sample, not legal advice.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.
