Siding estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a siding replacement, using $18,600 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Siding bids wait on a color choice and on whether the whole house has to match.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Siding bids wait on a color choice and on whether the whole house has to match. An HOA, or a partner who has not seen the sample board, often has the last word.
What the example price means
The number follows how many walls are wrapped and resided, not a per-window add-on. Included: house wrap, new lap siding on the street face and both sides, and caulk at the windows. Left out: the back wall, which is still sound and was priced only if you want it matched. Do not tell them the color can be changed after the order is placed.
When to send them
Order time on the siding matters more than the install day. Say how long the material takes once they pick a color. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
