When it is fair
Shop time comes before install. Tell them the build week and the install day as two dates. If they never asked you to write again, do not send this.
One note, then stop
Carpentry estimates wait on paint-grade versus stain-grade, because that choice changes the wood and the price. Do not start a stain-grade build on a paint-grade deposit.
