What to write the day you send a built-in shelves estimate
A same-day note is optional. It is not one of the three scheduled follow-ups. Use it when you are not sure the built-in shelves estimate for $5,600 arrived, or when one point from the visit is easy to forget.

Name what the price includes: paint-grade built-ins on the wall we measured, installed and ready for your painter. Name what it leaves out: stain-grade wood, and the paint itself. Are we staying with paint-grade, or do you want a stain-grade price? Do not start a stain-grade build on a paint-grade deposit.
