What is still included
paint-grade built-ins on the wall we measured, installed and ready for your painter. Paint-grade is a smooth box your painter finishes. Stain-grade is the lumber and a finish I do.
What would change the number
The price changes only if the job changes. stain-grade wood, and the paint itself is not in this bid. Shop time comes before install. Tell them the build week and the install day as two dates.
