Are we staying with paint-grade, or do you want a stain-grade price? Put $5,600 in the email so they know which built-in shelves you mean.

Included: paint-grade built-ins on the wall we measured, installed and ready for your painter. Left out: stain-grade wood, and the paint itself. Paint-grade is a smooth box your painter finishes. Stain-grade is the lumber and a finish I do. Do not start a stain-grade build on a paint-grade deposit.
