Ask when a built-in shelves should happen

What the calendar really depends on

Shop time comes before install. Tell them the build week and the install day as two dates.

If they need longer

Carpentry estimates wait on paint-grade versus stain-grade, because that choice changes the wood and the price. Stain color is a decision for whoever lives with the room, and it has to be made before the wood is ordered. Do not start a stain-grade build on a paint-grade deposit.
