What sets the date

Drying starts now. Rebuild is a second estimate after the readings say the wall is dry. The adjuster, and whoever files the claim, decides more than the person who met you on site.

Do not skip the wait

Do not promise the insurance company will pay a number you have not been approved for. This price is the dry-out and the log. It is not a rebuild bid, and it should not be written like one.
