A smaller version leaves out day porter service, and floor wax, which is a separate crew. The full $1,100 price includes three nights a week, restrooms, trash, and vacuum of the suite we walked.
What you will not do
The monthly number is labor after hours for that suite. Wax is a project, not a night on the route. Do not quote a day porter inside a night-clean price.
