Commercial cleaning estimate follow-ups

Twenty examples for a after-hours office clean, using $1,100 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Office cleaning bids wait on a property manager and on who will hand over the keys.

Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.

Where this bid stalls

Office cleaning bids wait on a property manager and on who will hand over the keys. The office manager and the owner who pays the bill often both have to say yes.

What the example price means

The monthly number is labor after hours for that suite. Wax is a project, not a night on the route. Included: three nights a week, restrooms, trash, and vacuum of the suite we walked. Left out: day porter service, and floor wax, which is a separate crew. Do not quote a day porter inside a night-clean price.

When to send them

After-hours is the schedule. A one-time strip and wax is not the weekly price. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.

Questions

How many commercial cleaning follow-ups should I send?

Three, unless the job needs a different gap. Day 10 is the last one. After-hours is the schedule. A one-time strip and wax is not the weekly price.

Can I text a after-hours office clean follow-up?

Only if you already text that customer. Paste the text sample yourself. QuoteLasso does not send it. Three nights, or a deep clean first?
