Fire sprinklers estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a sprinkler inspection repair, using $6,400 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Sprinkler bids stall because the building still opens every morning, so the failed report does not feel urgent until the marshal follows up.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Sprinkler bids stall because the building still opens every morning, so the failed report does not feel urgent until the marshal follows up. A property manager and an owner who is not on site both have to see the failed items.
What the example price means
The price matches the failed lines on the report. A full head replacement is a different scope. Included: the failed gauges, the backflow test, and the repairs listed on the inspection report. Left out: a redesign of the system, and any ceiling repair after a head change. Do not tell them the building can ignore a failed inspection.
When to send them
The inspection anniversary is the date. Repairs have to be signed off before that, or the building is late. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
